It’s a private experience where you’ll get focused time to know yourself better, use simple tools to train your mind, and an easy plan to continue your training.

Your Private Package
This will be a journey like no other you’ve taken before.
It’s key for you to make the space for it like you would a hair appointment, a spa day, a dinner with friends. You get out what you put in.
So, your full attention and a heartfelt wish to do this is absolutely crucial.
I’ll send you some upfront work to do to make the most of our session.
This will get the self-awareness process kick-started for sure.
Set aside a couple hours to complete this.
1-Hour Prep Session
We’ll get on the phone or Skype to go over what you shared.
Then, I’ll customize the intensive session based on your needs.
You’ve got three options for your intensive session:
1) over Skype (light version),
2) over Skype (full version), or
3) in-person (full version)

If you choose in-person, I’ll get your preferences and have healthy and nutritious snacks and lunch on hand. Your mind deserves the right food. And, I hope you don’t mind if I take you out for a walk. It helps get the creative juices flowing.
If you choose over Skype, we can make that just as lovely.
It’s all about using our imagination.
The over Skype light version intensive is a 2-hour session. We’ll focus on self-image, getting clear on your vision, and key steps moving forward. I’ll work with you to figure out your key drivers for putting the inspiring energy into this that you need. This will be different than anything you’ve tried before as it draws on your personal sensory experience. No two people are alike.
After the Session
I’ll pass along a series of bite-size practices for the following four weeks to help you relax and expand your normal thinking. You’ll get simple strategies on how to boost your inspiration and deepen your commitment to training your mind.
I find the only way true change happens is if it touches your heart. So, I’ll share simple meditations with you to help that process. It’s a supreme way to give rise to the mental peace your busy mind desperately needs.
We’ll setup up a 1-hour coaching session one month from the intensive. This will give you the opportunity to reflect on what you’ve achieved and get real-time coaching on any specific areas of focus. (Please note this is only included with the full version programs).
Lastly, I’ll be available over email to answer questions, do spot coaching, and celebrate your new wins and insights. You’ve got a coach on your side now.

How to Move Forward
If you’re like me a few years ago, hiring an external coach may be a very new thing. I care that this is as calming an experience for you as possible.
It’s important you’re comfortable with the whole process including the investment you’re making in yourself.
These are the steps to move forward.
Wait for my response. I’ll thoughtfully review the information you provide to see if we’re a good fit. I’ll get back to you either way with next steps.
No matter what, we’ll be connected and I’ll share ongoing insights and tips with you.
If we’re a fit, I’ll arrange a 1-hour free session with you to better understand where you are to know how to support you best.
We mutually agree if we’re a fit and, if so, schedule the prep and intensive sessions.
Payment is due at this time.
The fees for each of the three programs are:
Light program (over Skype) – $550
Full program (over Skype) – $1,050
Full program (in-person) – $1,450
I care that you’re fully satisfied.
I’ll refund your payment after the prep session if you’re not. All you need to do is share your feedback on what worked and didn’t. No further questions will be asked.
Upon request, I’ll share references for individuals who’ve already gone through the program.
